1.2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
1.3. Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging.
1.4. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. Exchanges are available for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
2.2. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hrs of delivery.
2.3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
