Our journey began in 2024 in Dubai under the brand name Dlittle, operating as an online-only store licensed by the Dubai Economic Department under Devantic Marketing Management. Born out of a passion for Indian-influenced fashion, we curated hand-picked collections directly from trusted vendors in India, bringing them to our customers in the UAE at accessible prices. Driven by the overwhelming response and growing demand from our loyal customer community, we expanded our presence by launching a physical retail store and a dedicated website in 2025. As part of our expansion and to comply with the licensing requirements of the Sharjah Economic Department, we rebranded from Dlittle to Cotton Buds Ladies Gar Tr. Today, Cotton Buds stands for quality, affordability, and cultural elegance—offering a seamless shopping experience that blends tradition with modern flair. Our mission is to celebrate the heritage of Indian ethnic wear while making it effortlessly available to women across the UAE.
